Galentine's Game Night Mom Night Out

We are so excited to offer a FREE Stroller Strides class for our Grand Opening of FIT4MOM Santa Ynez Valley!

Registration will start at 9:00am at the picnic tables under the awning. The first 10 to sign up for our Founding Mama’s Membership will receive a FIT4MOM Santa Ynez Valley tank top! We will be waiving the enrollment fee for our Grand Opening. With your FIT4MOM Santa Ynez Valley membership, you will also receive a workout band and mini band. All participants will receive a welcome bag!

For class, you will need a stroller (if your kiddo(s) is coming with you), water, and a blanket or mat for our last station. Remember, our classes are baby wearing safe so if your little one likes to be in a carrier feel free to bring that too!

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. Using dumbbells and specially designed sequences, this easy-to-follow in-person workout will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom life throws your way!
